Refund Policy

Website www.inklabs.ro mainly sells personalized products according to customer specifications, which fall within the exceptions regarding the right of withdrawal provided for in article 16 of GEO. 34/2014 regarding distance contracts and contracts outside commercial premises. 

Conditions that products subject to return must meet:

The purchased products must cumulatively meet the following conditions:

  • Have the original label;
  • Be accompanied by all related accessories;
  • Be free of traces of use, without showing any signs of damage or wear;
  • The packaging must not be damaged;
  • To be sealed, as appropriate.

THE AXN SRL reserves the right to refuse to accept a return if the returned products do not meet the return conditions provided above.

If the returned product was accompanied by a gift, the gift will also be returned.

If multiple products of the same type have been purchased and you wish to return them, only one of the products can be unsealed, the remaining products being accepted only if they are sealed (in the case of products sealed by the manufacturer, in order to protect the contents).

Right of withdrawal:

The customer benefits from a period of 30 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring any other costs except those related to product returns.

Withdrawal period:

The aforementioned withdrawal period expires within 30 calendar days from:

  • the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the customer, takes physical possession of the products, in the case of sales contracts;
  • the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the customer, takes physical possession of the last product, if the customer orders multiple products in a single order that will be delivered separately;
  • the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the customer, takes physical possession of the last product or the last piece, in the case of the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or pieces.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal:

Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the customer shall inform the seller of his decision to withdraw from the contract. For this purpose, the customer may choose one of the following options:

  • To complete and send an application electronically to the email address contact@inklabs.ro
  • to use the withdrawal form model provided for in GEO 34/2014;
  • to make any other unequivocal declaration expressing his/her decision to withdraw from the contract;

The notification shall be dated, signed and sent by e-mail to the following address: contact@inklabs.ro or at the Company's address THE AXN SRL Calea Mosilor no. 88, Sc F, Ap 82

The customer has exercised his right of withdrawal within the 30-day withdrawal period, if the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent by the consumer before the expiry of that period.

Seller's obligations in case of withdrawal:

THE AXN SRL , as the seller, will reimburse the amounts it received as payment from the buyer, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which it is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract according to the section Exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The seller refunds the amounts using the same payment methods as those used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the method used by the customer (e.g. cash on delivery) does not ensure the reimbursement of the amounts in a safe and compliant manner. In this case, the customer agrees to the reimbursement of the amounts by bank transfer. This clause is stipulated for the benefit of the customer.
The seller may postpone the reimbursement until the date of receipt of the products that were the subject of the sale or until the moment of receiving proof from the consumer that he sent the products to the professional, whichever is the earliest.

Customer obligations in case of withdrawal:

The customer returns the products or hands them over to the seller or to a person authorized by the seller to receive the products, without undue delay and within no later than 30 days from the date on which he communicated to the seller his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if the products are sent back by the customer before the 30-day period expires.

The customer bears the direct costs related to returning the products, unless the seller expressly agrees to bear those costs.

The customer is only responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

The seller must be able to prove the diminution in value of the products that results differently from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

The customer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal when the contract has as its object one of the following:

  • supplying products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
  • the supply of sealed products, which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer;
  • the supply of products which, after delivery, are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements.

Product risk:

In the case of contracts in which the seller delivers the products to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer when the customer or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
